Return & Refund Policy

What is Return?
If the product you have received is faulty, wrong item, or damaged. You can request to return the item back to get an exchange or refund. A return process requires buyers to ship the received product back to us in the same condition as when it first arrived, together with other free gifts or items provided. In the event where the return request or returned product fails to meet return policy, Naturemori.my has the right to reject your request.

Who is responsible for the return shipping fee?
Responsible party to bear shipping cost depends on the reason for your 'Return' request. If you requested 'Return' due to a faulty or wrong product, Naturemori.my would bear the buyer's return shipping fee.

What is the return and exchange policy?
Your total satisfaction is our primary concern. We carry only the best quality and value products. If your order is damaged or for some reason, you aren't entirely happy with the product, then we aren't satisfied either. We have a 14 days return policy upon receipt of order by the customer subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The returned products will be checked with the receipt together, and the products should be in good condition.
  • The packaging should also be in the original condition in the original shipping container as received.
  • If the products have been open, used, or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
  • Naturemori.my will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on the website.

 

Non-returnable Items:
‣ Items received more than 14 days
‣ Used or unsealed product
‣ product not sold by Naturemori.my
‣ product damaged by buyer
‣ Free gift and samples
‣ Due to hygiene reasons, all body care, and skincare item are not returnable or exchangeable once the product packaging box or seal open

All returns will be reviewed first by Naturemori.my, and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

  • Replacing the product with a new item of the same original order or
  • Full refund in Naturemori.my store shopping credit

 

How do I return an item?
We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Naturemori.my. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we will do everything we can (within reason). Please WhatsApp us at http://wasap.my/60102259441 or fill in the contact form. We will inform you once your request has been received and proceed with the refund as appropriate.

How long does the refund process usually take?
Once we have checked and confirm the products, the customer will receive their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation. We process refunds in-store shopping credit only, shopping credit can be used for the next order.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Naturemori.my shall be final and conclusive.
