RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At Nature Mori, we are committed to providing high-quality, handmade aromatherapy products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, we are here to help.

1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all skincare, wellness items, handmade goods, and essential oils cannot be returned, even if unopened and unused. This policy ensures the safety and quality of our products for all customers.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. Items must be unused and unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must report any damage or issues with their order within three days of receiving the product, providing clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.

Please Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international orders due to customs and shipping complexities.

3. Case-by-Case Review
Nature Mori reserves the right to review each return or exchange case-by-case basis. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and each case will be handled individually to provide the best possible resolution for our customers. Our customer service team may reach out to request additional information as needed.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us by email at naturemori@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Please wait for return authorization before sending the item back. If you do not receive return authorization within 48 hours, please follow up with us to ensure your request is being processed.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for one year, and can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credits can be combined with promotions but are non-transferable. In rare cases, such as when the returned item is out of stock or we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, a refund may be issued directly to your bank account. Please allow 7-10 working days for processing. Otherwise, all refunds will be issued as store credit.

6. Diffuser Warranty
Our diffusers come with a one-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (such as discolouration or minor scratches from regular use) are not covered under the warranty. To claim a warranty, please email us at naturemori@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect. Claims are processed within seven working days.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for using proper packaging and shipping methods to ensure the item is returned safely. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, Nature Mori will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging by the customer, Nature Mori is not liable for any damages, and the return may be rejected.

8. Shipping Costs
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping costs at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs only for defective or damaged items. If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, Nature Mori will not be responsible for those shipping costs.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to customs and shipping complexities.

9. Pricing and Stock Availability
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Prices listed at the time of your order are final unless there is a significant error. In such cases, we will inform you and allow you to reconsider your order. Stock availability may vary due to changes in supply. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with the option to choose an alternative or cancel the order for a refund.

10. Pre-Order Terms
For pre-orders, please ensure all billing and shipping information is accurate. You will be charged the full price at the time of placing the pre-order, including any applicable shipping fees. Delivery times are estimates and may take 2-5 weeks, subject to change. We will notify you of any changes to the expected delivery date.

Please note that once a pre-order has been placed and payment has been made, it cannot be cancelled. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before submitting a pre-order. In the event of any unforeseen changes, Nature Mori reserves the right to modify or cancel the pre-order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued without interest.

If delivery is significantly delayed (beyond 6 weeks), we will offer you the option to continue waiting or cancel the pre-order for a full refund.
