How to Use

1. Diffuse 🌬️
   Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser to cleanse the air and create a grounding atmosphere. Adjust according to your diffuser's size.

2. Inhale 🍋

   • Inhale directly from the bottle or rub 1 drop between your palms, cup your hands over your nose, and take deep breaths.

3. Skin Application 🌿

   Combine 15–20 drops with ½ cup of carrier oil to create a massage blend that supports circulation and relaxation.

6. Room Spray 🌟
   Add 5–10 drops to a spray bottle filled with water. Shake well and spray to freshen your space and uplift the mood.

7. DIY Roll-On 🌼
   Blend 3–5 drops with a carrier oil in a 15ml roller bottle. Apply to pulse points for emotional grounding or skin-balancing benefits.
